NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: 100% charge at the time of booking, no refund in case of cancellation at any time or no-show or in other cases.

STANDARD RATE: 100% charge at the end of the flexibility period, non-refundable under any circumstances.
Failure to show or early departure does not give the right to any refund.

Prices include VAT and do not include tourist tax, which is charged and collected on arrival according to the updated amounts established by the Municipality of Bologna.
All advance payments qualify as a deposit or valid as a non-refundable penalty.
